What are we doing right? What are we doing wrong? Where does the Twine documentation need work? What networking opportunities are we missing? What do we need to do to get where we need to go?
This is also a great place to brag that you supported the IF StackExchange proposal. If you haven’t gone there, go there now now now I’m not the boss of you but PLEASE NOW.

Twine has a great community via the Twinery forums. Lots of help and good advice there. I’d like to see more participation in Comps.
Would be super cool if there was an easily accessible snippet repository, updated FAQs, and a specific example for every single macro and function. This would help get noobies on board faster.
Regarding networking for greater visibility: host themed jams via http://itch.io/developers/game-jams and others; encourage community participation in comps like IFComp, Ludum Dare, Spring Thing and others posted via http://www.intfiction.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=23; Use #indiedev, #gamedev and other tags when tweeting relevant infos; reach out to various author orgs inviting them to stretch their writing muscles (might need a schmancy info packet for this); offer a writer and interactivity dev matching service.
To get there, we’d need time, money, and bodies. Not necessarily in that order.
P.S. I took off the StackExchange tag since the proposal is inactive.

These are all very on point. Need more bodies! Bodies are hard to find.
Ah, true for StackExchange proposal–it lost momentum and went the way of the dodo.
